We accept many major PPO plans, welcome self-pay patients, and offer financing for those who qualify. We'll never promise coverage we haven't verified.
Accepted PPO plans
For this demo we accept many major PPO dental plans, including:
- Delta Dental PPO
- Cigna Dental PPO
- Aetna Dental PPO
- MetLife PDP Plus
- Guardian PPO
Participation and individual benefits must be verified before we promise coverage. We confirm your specific plan during booking—saying a carrier is accepted doesn't mean your service is covered.
Self-pay & financing
Self-pay patients are always welcome. Our published rates include the New Patient Exam ($149), Routine Cleaning (from $135), Emergency Exam ($99), and Whitening ($499).
Major cards are accepted. Financing and payment plans may be available through CareCredit for qualifying patients—we never promise approval.
For restorative and cosmetic treatment, we provide a clear estimate after clinical evaluation and review how any accepted insurance benefits may apply before proceeding.
How insurance intake works
- 1When you book online, tell us whether you plan to use insurance.
- 2If yes, we collect your carrier, member ID, group number, and subscriber details through our secure intake workflow.
- 3You acknowledge that submitting insurance information does not guarantee coverage or final cost.
- 4Our front desk verifies benefits and confirms your appointment—or contacts you if your plan is out of network, info is incomplete, or the visit needs adjustment.
